* Extremely welcoming and friendly staff in the reception, they offered Arabic coffee during the check-in process. * The receptionist upgraded the King Suits to the Executive Suite for free enabling a bigger room with better facilities and access to the Executive lounge which offers light meals, drinks, and desserts. * The suite has a city view which adds a great flavor to the overall experience, providing a desk, small entry with 2 sofas, a dining table, coffee machines with capsules, and a minibar. * They offered a big plate of fruits as a nice welcoming gesture with chocolates and snacks in the minibar. * The breakfast buffet is amazing with a variety of cuisines (oriental, intercontinental) vegetables, fruit, drinks, wonderful bakeries, fava beans, beacon meat, omelet, super egg station, liver, fajita chicken, and many more... * The health club is world-class with many equipment and machines (treadmills, ellipticals, cycles) and many more... * The swimming pool is clean, warm, and big, it has many levels to cover all ages. * Hot and Cold Jacuzzi are available in the swimming pool area with many facilities such as showers, towels, lockers, etc...

My stay at Mövenpick hotel was fantastic. The hotel surprised me with a free upgrade to a spacious, clean, and comfortable room. The food was delicious, especially the Mövenpick beef burger that melted in my mouth. The staff was courteous and helpful, and I want to thank the receptionist Atheer Alharby for her excellent service. She was very attentive, professional, and friendly. She made me feel valued and welcome, and she even gave me a free late check-out option that was very convenient. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Al Qasim.

Best choice in Qassim High standard. Young team very careful of the guests. Especially Shada, Nadi, Atheer, and Sultan at the reception. John is a very professional therapist at the SPA Very good lebanese/italian restaurant with an amazing Vue on the 10th floor. I really enjoyed my stay and is the best choice in Qassim.

The breakfast is good, I like it and fresh about the salad, fruit, beans and eggs, it is far from the lively street of the city and there are no facilities nearby, but the building is very nice.

The hotel location Staff Quietness Cleanness Breakfast I would like to send my special thanks to Mr. Suliman and Mr. Abdulmalek for their quick response toward the maintenance issue. It is my gratitude to thank the hotel family for their free upgrade and providing services. The complementary was so nice. I hope to fix HD plug and I am sure they will do it.

The rooms are modern and well furnished, the bed is comfortable and you get a wide choice of pillows. The facilities are well maintained. The breakfast buffet is good and the top view restaurant offers some tasty dishes from abroad. The staff is extremely nice and helpful, that is a great plus.

Outstanding and friendly staff. Extremely welcoming and willing to provide all help - specially the reception staff. The two smart young Saudi ladies and the Saudi gents - specially Mr Bassim are real hoteliers with a definite future in the trade. I hope to visit again with family.
